Orders and Payment
Pricing and Payment Terms
Invoices must be settled in full in USD before shipping. Our sales representatives' prices are definite, valid for 30 days, and do not include any extra hidden shipping fees, taxes, or additional costs. Please be conscious that shipping and handling fees may apply to international orders.
Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans can change. Therefore, we offer our customers the option to cancel their orders, but a small fee based on the order details may need to be paid by the customer. For this to be possible, the customer must contact our team within 24 hours of placing the order. Nevertheless, the order cannot be canceled if the item has been manufactured and sent out already.
Refunds
We guarantee all our customer's satisfaction with their orders. If anyone isn't satisfied with their order, they must contact our sales team on the same day it's received. We will investigate the request and determine whether the fault lies on our end. If it doesn't, we won't be able to reproduce the order. As a custom box manufacturer, we don't offer refunds but can reproduce the box and packaging the customer ordered. Additionally, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or mishandling that may occur during shipment.
Turnaround time
At AnyRigidBox, we value open and honest communication. More complex orders can take up to 15 business days to deliver. However, most orders will be ready and delivered within eight business days. We guarantee that our services will be satisfactory and trustworthy.
